When I click on password reset I get a email but the [user_login] is empty. The [set_password_url] shows the url but the variable rp_login= is also empty.

I have disable all the other plugins but I'm still not getting a value for [user_login] in the emails.
Disregard, I was trying to use OceanWP Popup plugin and it does not work with WPforo.
Please navigate to the Dashboard > Forums > Settings > Emails admin page, find the "Reset Password Emails" section and make sure the [user_login] shortcode is there. See the screenshot below:
Also please leave the example URL to allow us to check it.
I have stopped using the Oceanwp Pop Plugin and I am still not able to login after a new registration takes place. I'm getting a invalid key error message in the top right. Here is the process I follow.
1. New registration here: https://www.vinow.com/wwwtalk/?foro=signup
2. I receive the email confirmation in gmail with the link. I see values for both rp_key and rp_login.
3. Clicking on the link brings be to the following url: https://www.vinow.com/wwwtalk/?foro=resetpassword including both rp_key and rp_login values.
4. I input a new password into the fields and submit. I then get the invalid key error and I am unable to login.
If I now go to https://www.vinow.com/wwwtalk/?foro=lostpassword it send me a new email and this allows me to set a new password and it works.

Are you try to do it in another explorer? delete cookies?

@yuyurac I have done that but still getting the invalid key error. The https://www.vinow.com/wwwtalk/?foro=resetpassword url does not work when registering but if I reset the Password using https://www.vinow.com/wwwtalk/?foro=lostpassword it works.
