I have set up for guest posting, but there is a forum in the forum that usually can't post if I'm a visitor, please tell me how to fix it, thank you very much admin

it means you set it wrong. You should edit each category and forum and set correct permission. Then save it and delete all kind of caches. You've missed some forums, for sure.
