Hi @ravindra,

  1. Please disable all optimizer and minifier plugins (e.g. autoptimizer plugin).
  2. Delete all caches and press Ctrl+F5 on forum front.
  3. Make sure the "Disable visual editor" option is not checked/enabled for users who have this problem.
  4. Please leave some URL to your forum.

Your website doesn't load JS files correctly, some of them loaded with http:// protocol, and blocked by https :// protocol. The TiniMCE editor JS files also blocked as you can see in this screenshot:

This definitely is not wpForo issue and cannot be fixed from wpForo side. This is either theme conflict or some plugin affection, or have configured http/https protocols wrongly. The 99% similar issue is mentioned here: https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/upgraded-to-latest-theme-cant-add-content-to-text-element-lots-of-js-errors/11229

Also I recommend disable all plugins, delete all caches and press Ctrl+F5 on forum front. If it start works then activate back plugins one by one and find the problem maker. However this maybe a theme issue too. I'd also recommend switch to some default theme and check it.
