Hi! Is there a possibility to send mass messages to all users in the name of Administrator?

Not with wpForo but possibly with some mass mail WP plugin.
The only way to somehow come close to this with wpForo is create a forum that ALL users are subscribed and post in that forum. So everyone gets a notification (but NOT the body of email).
Mass mail is a delicate matter. Can create spam bans, warnings from your provider, GDPR problems ....
