Was just wondering if it was possible to do this as i have a few different categories with multiple forums in each but the structures are basically identical. 

Doing this one by one is time consuming so being able to clone or duplicate a category would be a great time saver.

Is it possible or something that can be done with another plugin?

I'm really sorry, but currently, there is no option that allows cloning the category with it's forums. I'll ask the plugin's developers and if it is possible we'll provide you some SQL code for this purpose.
