Please don't use any cache plugin for wpForo pages. If you have a cache plugin, just find some option to exclude wpForo forum page from your cache system. wpForo has built-in forum cache system.

I don't think here is slow. I think your internet was slow on the testing period or maybe always. wpForo posting is very fast here.
You home page of your site, loads in 1-2 minutes. That is extremely slow.
