Posts that include a link will always be awaiting approval. I want to remove this regulation.

Not always. Once the new registered user pass the number of posts for "new user" status he/she will not be under hard spam control. You can find corresponding options and even disable this behavior of wpForo spam control in Dashboard > Forums > Tools > Antispam Tab.
