This could be the active theme issue or an issue with other plugins. Please find the error.log file located in the root directory of your file system and in the /wp-admin/ folder.
wpForo tries to show all errors from your website in Dashboard > Forums > Tools > Debug > Error and Issues Tab. Check this page too.
If you don't see any error.log files you should enable the error logging using this instruction: https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/
