I have problem with colors in reply menu and I cant find where to change it.

I attach a screenshot.

This is not wpForo part and colors are not managed by wpForo. This is the built-in WordPress TinyMCE editor. Some plugin affects it and changes colors. You should find and deactivate that plugin.
