Hi praktikantwifoe

Have you ever changed Forum Accesses? What is the wpForo version you use?

Please edit the Standard Forum Access in Dashboard > Forums > Settings > Forum Accesses admin page  and make sure it looks like this:

Also please edit Top Levels forums (categories) and make sure Registered Usergroup has Standard Forum access.

Thanks for the reply!

My Settings for the Standard Access are exactly like you recommended and I have never changed them.
Also I have the Access Role "Registered" set to standard by default.

The main forum has a standard access for "registered" members.

I still cant see the page when being logged in with the standard user profile
as admin I don't have any difficulties to see and navigate it.

I am using the follwing versions:
wpforo: 1.4.3
wordpress: 4.9.1
Theme: evolve

Any other help? :/

Please Delete all caches. Then navigate to Dashboard  > Forums > Dashboard and click on Delete all caches, do Ctrl+F5 on forum front and check it again.

If it doesn't helped, please navigate to Dashboard > Forums > Settings  > Features admin disable all four types of caches:

  • Enable Member Cache - No
  • Enable Object Cache - No
  • Enable HTML Cache - No
  • Enable Memory Cache - No
