I have had a couple of reports that the reply and quote buttons do not work on mobile or ipad. It just spins when they try. Please see screenshot.
Also, the only plugins I have installed are wpforo and jp custom css.

You can test it here, wpForo doesn't have such bug. This is a simple JS conflict with theme. Can you inspect JS errors of your website? You can use FireBug.
I am using default twenty sixteen theme..
This is the only thing in my console
Please navigate to Dashboard > Add New Page, switch editor to View mode, create a test page and go to front-end and check wpForo editor.
robert, I have done that.. I have confirmed that it is only happening on registered members and not for admin. They cannot reply or quote.. I tested it on a test member only account and confirmed that I got the same error.. Spinning working icon. I also changed the theme... Something is wrong and I can't figure out what is going on. I did a couple of things using Firefox in js console.. Here are some screens.. Thanks
