you got lots of issues. There is no mean to continue support in this case. Something is basically wrong on your website, it disturbs all JS functions of wpForo. You should find the main problem, it has crashed wpForo. You'll see many new problems every day.Please stop reporting problems, and try from zero to find the real problem.

Please install a fresh WordPress with wpForo somewhere and test it.

After this try to add your plugins one by one and you'll find the plugin or the step which crashes wpForo.

Only plugin installed is wpforo and it is one default 2016 wp theme..  How can it be on my side?

What is the PHP version on your server? wpForo doesn't have so many problems, all comes from something irregular that exists on your website or server.
