I'm about halfway to a solution for push notifications but need some help doing the last part. I'm following these instructions https://medium.com/@xabaras/sending-a-message-to-a-telegram-channel-the-easy-way-eb0a0b32968
And I can make the Telegram bot and channel, but how do I use the PHP code in conjunction with the site to get it to pick up new topics (ideally from a specific forum) to then push out to the telegram channel?
Any advice is welcome, but a full set of instructions would be even better.
