Only very outdated devices like iPhone 4 or IE 6 may cause problems, so I'd ask that user provide more details about the device or browser he/she uses.
TBF, I think this could be the issue. People can still log in and sign up, but a rare few have these problems.
I have disabled the captcha for logins. But sometimes, one will still appear, I think Massimo is right that it must be coming from the server side, but then my hosting company assures me it isn't lol

@percysgrowroom If the issue is EASY to replicate (wasn't in my case), just try to do what i suggested for a few hours. And then you will know.
Nothing bad will happen in a few hours.

Also try to fix several errors you have in various places. Those also could be the reason for your problems.
