For the usergroup (2) Restricted Access, when a logged-in user attempts to view a restricted topic, they are presented with a 404 page; however, when a logged-out user attempts view a restricted topic, they are presented with a login page.
This is predictable behavior. When logged-in user attempts to view a restricted topic, it will redirect to the 404 page(the message says that something wrong, on your case you do not have the permission to see the topic). Please note you can't be redirected to the same login page because of you already logged-in. So everything is correct.
