Hi
I updated my site to the latest WpForo and the most recent version of WordPress on Friday. Since then I have had several users complain about getting the red "Request Cooldown" warnings when they are trying to log in.
I have searched here and the only references I can find to "cooldown" seem to apply to creating topics, not logging in.
Can someone please advise me as to how I may troubleshoot this issue?

Do you run The Shield or any other security protection for Wp or login?

Yes, I do run The Shield, and you are probably on to something as it has a "Cooldown" setting. I haven't changed it since it was installed, but it may indeed be the issue.
