I replaced the settings, updated the cache, but there were no changes on the page in the browser

ok, please try the following one:

@media (min-width: 1280px){
   .page-layout-outdented:not(.content-layout-no-paddings) .entry-content-inner {
       padding-left: 0 !important;
   }
}
