I mean... I know it is possible on the posts etc, but then, where could said tags to click on would be displayed?

This Im afraid can only be done by adding a Sidebar, correct?

Here are all tags: https://wpforo.com/community/tags/

You can access them appending /tag/ path to your forum base URL. This link is available in your forum footer as well.
