@chris yes I have. I don't have any cache plugin installed, I have deactivated each plugins one after the other, I have Installed AMP plugin and changed it mode from standard to other modes etc.
None of these solutions worked.
The reason is that you have a Plugin which differed your website JS, check this Doc:

1. if you have any kind of cache plugin, exclude wpForo from it.

2. Find the plugin or the custom code which has deffered your Website JS, disable deffering option.
3. Go to Dashboard > Forums > Dashboard, Press Delete All Caches Button.
