Hello support team! I’m using WpForo since April 2017 without encountering any problem (thanks). But suddenly (I couldn’t track the exact time but maybe, I’m not sure, it was after I changed the website’s theme), something wrong happened. The issue is this: When I add a topic or create a post, the tools to bold, italicize, change text color, insert link and all other text and related editing functions disappeared. The only things I can do other than typing are: set topic sticky, make a topic private, attach files, and subscribe to this topic. Can you please tell me what happened and help me solve the problem? I have two paid add-ons installed just in case that info can help. Thanks in advance. [I  posted this exact concern on the wordpress.org support forum of this plugin but no one replied yet]

It seems you've installed new plugins which generate errors on front-end and affect wpForo rich editor. Please disable recent installed and updated plugins, delete all caches and test it again.

Also, navigate to Dashboard > users > Your profile and make sure the "Visual Editor - Disable" option is unchecked.

Hi Robert, I disabled one plugin (Autoptimize) and the rich editor is back! Thank you.
