When clicking on a recent topic [less than a week old] I'm sent back to the same page and can not view the topic.
In addition, some topics are marked as posted by 'anonymous'.

All these is related to unapproved and deleted posts.
- Make sure all posts/topics are approved
- Make sure you've deleted all caches in Dashboard > Forums > Dashboard.
- Make sure the post author has not been deleted (the main reason of anonymous author)
