is it possible to set somewhere in the setup that the email notification will be sent to all forum members when a new topic (new tema, new post) or reply is posted? Or is it always necessary members mark "subscription" to receive such emails? I use forum for small group of users and want all of them to be notified if any of the group create new post. thanks
I'm really sorry but wpForo doesn't have such automatic subscription options. This kind of options don't comply GDPR and they are not manageable.
wpForo has a built-in Subscription Manager tool that makes subscription easy. It can be found in My Profile > Subscriptions page:
