at the bottom you can see the cache script
maybe only lazyload is still active

I don't know w3-total-cache, so I can't say if the cache is still active or not

Just do yourself a favor and remove that totally unneeded monster W3TC. It creates more issues that what tried to solve.

@le-bear Yeap, i highly suggest the successor of the great Comet Cache (discontinued)

This a fork of Comet Cache, with fixed issues, modernized to php 8+ and WP 6.4.x
