I have registered and created a forum using the wpforo plugin while sign up, the name, email address and other stuffs do not have a border. It is better to have a look are the screenshot.

there is another thing which bothers me alot, there are two sign in and sign up. These options are not from the theme, I don't know How to remove the login and registration of wordpress. It is better to have a look at the screenshot.
They are not from wpForo too. Maybe some plugin or from some custom code. wpForo doesn't have Signup or Register menus in admin top bar. What do you see when you click on those?
