When admin login, the author profile picture is shown but when is in Guest mode (meaning logout), the profile picture is replaced with hyperlink author name.

Logout - Guest [HERE]

Remedy done

1. Read up error logs but to no avail.

Enable Front - Can view avatars Permission For Guest usergroup Form Dashboard > Forums > Usergroups.
