I can't seem to get the time zones set on my forum.  My wordpress time zone is set for east coast US and functions properly but my forum time is set in my account as being New York but it is hours off.  I have tried setting it for Honolulu time but that doesn't work nor does Anchorage.  I have tried using the UTC zones and those are totally inconsistent and in error.  Anyone have any ideas about how to work this?  The best I have gotten so far is to set it for UTC-9.  This gives me an hour ahead of my local time. One would assume that if I tried UTC-10 that it would be correct...but when I try UTC-10 it goes nine hours ahead!  What?  Thanks for any suggestions.  Tom

Hi @trgolden,

Please navigate to the Dashboard > Forums > Dashboard > admin page and make sure the "PHP DateTime Class" is available.  Also please make sure you are using the latest version of the PHP.

Also please note the wpForo get the date from PHP. So it will be better if you contact with your hosting server support team and let them know about the issue.

Yes, the PHP date/time class is available.  Version of php is 7.3.21  All of the other apps I have on this site show the correct time.  WPForo has the odd habit of not shifting the time based on UTC zone as described above.  Contacting the hosting server seems fruitless considering this is not a server problem since all of the other apps are functioning properly.  Seems to me to be specifically a WPForo problem.  Could this be a bug of some sort?  If you have no other suggestions I will just live with it being an hour ahead but it seems  a shame since the rest of WPForo is such an elegant and functional app.
