All caches have been cleared. "Top" is active in the settings. The forum displays "bottom".

This is a cache issue.
1. Go to Dashboard > Forums > Dashboard and click the [Delete All Caches] button.
2. Use private/incognito tab of the mobile browser to see the caching. Mobile browsers have a very hard cache, you can only see the changes using the new incognito/private tab after each change.
