Hello: I bought and installed your Atachment plugin and everything seemed perfect. But, ever since the first days, there are some wpforum users which cannot atach any document. They tell us that the plugin keeps "loading" eternally, and they don¡t ever get to even see the buttons.
Those are random users, they have tried many internet navigators (chrome, iexplorer, mozilla), many pc systems (apple, windows, android) and no matter what, they still have the same problem.
What could be happening??

wpForo has a built-in spam control system. It controls new registered users and allows to attach a file and attach link when the user has X number of approved posts. You can set it "0" in Dashboard > Forums > Tools > Antispam > New Registered user section, if you want to allow just registered users to attach a file.
ok, this is definitely NOT the issue here.
Firstly, because these are members with A LOT OF PUBLISHED POSTS.
Also, there's a lot of new users who were ABLE to attach, with no problem whatsoever.
Second, because it's not that they're not "allowed" to attach, but that the plugin doesn't even finish loading.
It must be something else.
