Hi Team,
We have both the Registered and Moderator access been set to "Can Attach File". However, the attach file button does not display in the post view for both access (see attached screenshots for moderator example).
If we update the user access to admin, the attach file button will appear back to normal.
Could you please guide us through whether there are configuration missing?

wpForo has a built-in spam control system. It controls new registered users and allows to attach a file when the user has X number of approved posts. Please manage this setting in Dashboard > Forums > Tools > Antispam > New Registered user section.
BTW you can set this option 0 if you want to allow just registered users to attach a file.
