One of my user has told me they can log in on firefox... we have tried everything and nothing is working. Any ideas?

Please let us know the following information:

1. Does the issue only happen with the current user or there are other users with the same issue?

2. Does the issue only happen only on Firefox? Please ask the user to login via some other browser, for testing reason.
