The #1 is the usergroup color. You can edit it in Dashboard > Forums > Usergroup admin page. Just edit a Usergroup and change the color. Then delete the forum page in Dashboard > Forums > Dashboard admin page.
Please provide more information about the #2 question.
I changed the color to blue.,, only the color of user names changed not the orange box. Is there any other area?
#2 : If you look at the screenshot. user name CHMhillWrites and next, orange author box and next to it, I want to add one more box to show the author's nationality.
