I recently created a new usergroup with all permissions enabled. We want to use this as the admin group so on our forum profile people see that we are employees. When I changed myself to the new usergroup it removed my permissions and showed only the below:
why would this happen?
You must have Wordpress Admin role as well, not only forum Admin Usergoup. Current wpForo version requires WP Admin/wpForo Admin to allow you work in forum settings pages.
Thanks for the reply. I am a wordpress admin but when I change the wpforo usergroup to our custom admin group that has all CANS enabled, my permissions are removed. This custom admin usergroup also has full access to all forums.
I'm sorry but we don't support custom WP roles. I can only say it'll work with WP Default Admin Role and wpForo Admin Usergroup.
