Running WpForo 2.0.9. I looked at your screenshot above.
I don’t even have a secondary user group myself (please see attached screenshot).

My users can’t subscribe to a topic and don’t have access to https://www.formationairammontessori.com/participant/username/subscriptions/ page. They got an error message: “you’re not allowed to view this page”.
I ran the sync process to no avail.
Could you point me to the right parameter please?

The secondary usergroup is not required. So you can ignore it.
First, please check the database issues in wpForo > Tools > Database Tables Tab
Then, check the usergroups permissions. Go to Dashboard > wpForo > Usergroups admin page, edit all usergroups (excerpt the Guest) and enable the following options:
