Wow, one of the best forums I have found, even spending a bunch of $$$ on the plugins, and it doesn't have basic forum functionality? Every forum I have ever used allows for custom topic icons... this is really a must have feature!

I agree 100%. The ability to have custom topic icons and other custom icons is a must-have part of the basic platform of a forum.

The lack of this basic function will prevent this excellent product from achieving its proper place in the Wordpress sphere.

Could you please list WordPress forum plugin names or Sande-alone forum platforms which has an option to change topic icons in administrator area (by default, no-extension)?

There are few -if any- WordPress or Stand-alone forums like SMF, phpBB, myBB which come with icon changers by default, no extension.

But all forum boards offer free extensions/mods/plugins which allow forum owners to change forum icons. Some of the mods/extentions are by the forum creators and others are by third-party contributors.

Hi, just wondering if this feature has been added or how the forum icons can be edited?
Thanks in advance.

As it's motioned above, you can use any icon of font-awesome lib in Edit Forum screen:

Ok, how can I add custom icons?
There's not enough icons in Font Awesome for what I need.

+1.

We need this function.

Simple, but yet useful.

It will be really good.
