I have the same issue. I selected Ultimate member as the Profile Page. Is that mean "/%wpforo-profile-account%/" will go to Ultimate member profile?

Otherwise, I could set UM Profile Page URL on the menu instead of the Wpforo profile. But how I could hide the menu item when logout?

Hi @eclok,

Sure, if you choose the Ultimate member as a profile page, once you click on the link you will go to the Ultimate member profile page. Have you checked it?

Hi @alvina

Thank you for your reply. I searched all topics regarding the UM profile instead of WpForo profile but there is no result. I cleared all caches. I clicked my profile always go to WpForo profile.

@eclok,

Please, one more time:

. Navigate to the Dashboard >  Forums > Dashboard admin page, click on the "Delete User Cache" and "Delete All Caches" button.

. If you have a cache plugin, please exclude the wpForo Forum page from your cache plugin.

More info here: https://wpforo.com/community/faq/wpforo-and-cache-plugins/

. also please delete server caches and check again (don't forget to press CTRL+F5 on frontend)

@eclok,

Please note there is an two profiles "Site Profile" and "Forum Profile". The "Forum Profile" open wpForo profile page, the "Site Profile" open UM profile page. Screenshot below: https://www.screencast.com/t/P1miybYgam

 I could set UM Profile Page URL on the menu instead of the Wpforo profile

The wpForo menu is a regular WordPress menu. You can add/remove any menu item in wpForo top menu bar using WordPress settings in Appearance > Menus admin page and add the menu item you want. Screenshot below: https://www.screencast.com/t/WRs69mHON

 But how I could hide the menu item when logout?

I'm sorry but I don't follow you well. Please try to explain in other words or by using some screenshots on which item you want to hide.

Also I will suggest you check out the Ultimate member menu option "Who can see this menu link?" in the menu settings.

Yes. But I couldn't find this setting in the menu.

@eclok,

Probably there is some plugin or the theme that adds some extra field in the menu section, so the Ultimate member menu option "Who can see this menu link?  is not visible.

In any case, it would be better if you try to ask your question in other words, to allow us to better understanding.

Do you think that I could do something if I want to instead of the Forum Profile to UM Profile when the menu item URL is the wpForo menu shortcodes for Account? Thank you.
