A number of forum members complained that they couldn't see the "structure" of our forum so I wondered if I had misunderstood how the wpforo Category/ Forum structure worked, went to the "Categories and Forums" page and moved all the Categories other than the top one ("Ashford Folk Members' Forum") underneath that (to make them forums rather than categories), saved the "forum order and hierarchy" and they've all disappeared, other than the forum "How to use the forums"(!).
Is there any way I can get them back, please?
Sorry, I forgot the forum was on a private members' page - I've just made it public so you should be able to see it without any problem now - what there is left of it!

Please navigate to Dashboard > Forums > Dashboard. Take a screenshot and leave it here. Then on the same admin page, scroll down, and click on the [Save forums order and hierarchy] button. Then navigate to Dashboard > Forums > Dashboard admin page and click on the [Update Forum Statistic] then [Delete all caches] buttons.
