Here's the screenshot as requested.

I have clicked on the [Save forums order and hierarchy] button. Then navigated to Dashboard > Forums > Dashboard admin page and clicked on the [Update Forum Statistic] then [Delete all caches] buttons, but nothing has (apparently) changed.

Thanks for your assistance.

We could take a look on the forum table and help fix it. But you should backup the wp_wpforo_forums table as .sql file using  Hosting cPanel > phpMyAdmin and send it to support[at]gvectors.com email addres.

Thanks for your help - I will read the info provided but I assume there's no realistic prospect of "finding" the forums data as (I've checked) the wp_wpforo_forums table does not now contain it and I didn't (realise I ought to) back it up.

A useful learning process and an opportunity to set the forum up better.

Thanks again

Looks like I'll need to set all the forums up again from scratch - ho hum!

Do you know if there is any way I can make a back-up of the forums so I can restore if I have a similar problem in future, please?

Hi cliff,

Please read this article.

There are also many plugins you can use: Check out the list of the plugins here:
