I'm sorry, but don't follow you well. Please try to explain in other words.
Guess you'd like to display some message for logged-in users. If so, please check out wpForo "Admin note/message on Forum frontend" feature (Dashboard > Forums > Tools > Misc admin page).
The Admin message will be displayed under the forum breadcrumb menu, above forum and topic titles. you can display the text for certain usergroups.

I'm sorry but not with wpForo. You may search for a WordPress plugin. wpForo is based on WordPress user system and all plugins who do this for WordPress users will work with wpForo too.
