When a user submits the query for the first time, it goes to approval. It should go live directly. How can I achieve this? It would be really useful.
Currently it goes to approval to me, then the team does not realise there is a request received and this causes a delay. If the query directly gets posted without my approval, the team can check it right away and provide support to the customer much faster
How can I do this? Thanks in advance
