How can I make it so people who login can easily set their cover and profile. See video: https://www.loom.com/share/c48ec25290034bdeb26fba6b6a9d6b49

@forumlover,
Users can set their profile cover and profile images in wpForo through their user profile settings. However, there are some conditions and settings to be aware of:

  • Users need to meet the "Minimum number of posts required to edit profile information" setting to be able to change their cover image and profile details.
  • If users cannot upload or change the cover image, check this minimum posts setting in the wpForo Spam Protection settings.
  • Admins can change the default cover image under settings, but users must clear caches to see changes.
  • For avatars, wpForo can reuse BuddyPress avatars automatically if BuddyPress is integrated.
  • Currently, reusing BuddyPress cover photos as forum profile cover photos is possible but may require custom setup similar to avatar reuse.

If users cannot upload images directly, ensure they have the correct permissions and that the WordPress media manager allows uploads for them.

More details can be found in the wpForo community discussions and documentation on profile cover images and avatar integration.
