Could you please explain what do you mean saying "fix"? We can change the "wpforo" var-name to some general word. It's planned to be changed to "foro" or "go".

If we update wpForo for each request of our users we'll have to update wpForo dozens of times per day.
So... You're asking for some feature, and we update it tomorrow or in near days. I hope you understand that it's not working like that. I'm sorry but not, we're not going to update it yet. It's like all other hundreds of requests are added in our to-do list, we make it with more priority for you. But, please be patient, we'll add it as soon as possible in near future releases during next 1-2 months not in a few days.
if You guys won't update it, can you at least tell me where to change the "?wpforo" in the plugin editor? I just dont think it is right to not comply with a customers request, yeah I know you said you can't update it all the time but it doesn't mean you can't give me a solution. please tell me where in the plugin editor I can change the "?wpforo"

We never said we'll not update. We've added this in our to-do list and have given it more priority.

All new features are added based on our users and customers suggestions. So we do comply with a customers request.

We can't provide dozens and even hundreds of custom codes (solutions) for all requests. You should understand that. First priority are urgent bug, the come not urgent bugs, then comes suggestions...

This is not an easy work. We have to create a new "rewrite rule" with new shortcode and attach it to some page, this requires total redesigned of registration and login page procession functions, so we can't provide any code. This is a big change it dozens of functions and files. It looks an easy change but it's very hard to implement. As Robert already mentioned, we'll do our best to add it as soon as possible within next 1-2 months. I only can say that the work is started and probably it'll be added in next version update.

Yes, there are many features that are not added and will not be added, because of other important feature requests by users. The priority of adding any feature depends on number of users requests. Adding friends was requested by 3-4 users, not more. We may take a look on this future when the profile system is totally improved in 2.x versions.
please just update all of the URLs, for example /?wpfin=tag&wpfs=tagname can you make it /forumtag=tagname

I'm sorry but those cannot be updated soon. This is not a simple text replacing task. URLs are variables and cannot be easily updated. It requires lots of changes in forum working logic. We'll only update the login and registration URLs in next version release. Then we'll work on other URLs but not in near future releases.

This has no any security issue. All variables are well filtered in core so you. This kind of URLs are the base of web softwares.
