I didn't add it. It seemed to me like including that would cause debug errors to appear on the HTML pages rather than just getting logged.

Then add it, othewise there is no debug at all.

define( 'WP_DEBUG', true );

define( 'WP_DEBUG_LOG', true );

Tim please reply if your DEBUG LOG is clear from errors.

(1) Also i see you use Yoast SEO AND wpForo SEO at once. Please EXCLUDE wpForo from Yoast or disable wpForo SEO. No reason to have BOTH.

(2) You seem to use PHP 5.5.38. Switch to 7 or 7.1.

(3) Install and activate Comet Cache Lite and EXCLUDE the page of wpForo shortcode. Be sure you do that.

Do the above in STEPS not all at once.
