Hi, I have recently come across this issue with my Wordpress menu appearing on the bottom on my Forum page. Any solutions to this problem would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for replying to my problem. Unfortunately that did not work for me. Is it possible it can be something else?

Dashboard menu position doesn't have any relation to front-end. Please change-back menu position to 23. It's the position of Dashboard "Forums" menu.

To fix your issue I'd recommend navigate to Dashboard > Forums > Settings > Features admin page. Then find "Enable Output Buffer" option and set it YES. Then delete all caches and do CTRL+F5 on forum page (front-end).
