When I go to old threads that I attached images to, they don't display. But when I edit the post to see what the html is, the [attach ] #number [/ attach] is still there.

Is this a common problem? How do I fix it?

Please make sure you use the latest 2.0.1 version of wpForo Advanced Attachments addon with the latest wpForo 1.7.0 version. Then delete all caches and check it again.

2.0.1?

I have this version: https://prnt.sc/r2ghp4 which says i have 1.3.3

But it's not showing any updates to a later version.

@zeeshan333,

Go to Dashboard > Updates admin page and click on [check updates] button. Then check it in Dashboard > Plugins admin page. If you still don't see that, please check the addon new version in Customer Account page at gvectors.com. Download the new version, deactivate and delete the old version and install the new version.

After I updated it, I tested out the "my media" button, and it doesn't act how it does on the gvectors forum website;

https://prnt.sc/r2h0r6

The interface pops up at the bottom of the page, rather than the visual editor.

my forum: https://prnt.sc/r2h0ub

gvectors forum: https://prnt.sc/r2h1vz

Do you know a fix?

@zeeshan333,

Please use the gVectors.com forum if you have any issues related to the wpForo paid addons. Here we only support questions related to core wpForo plugin.
