Hi,

First of all, thanks a lot for this awesome plugIn, it does the job, and I find it really simple to configurate, and the design is really user-friendly 👍 .

I'm facing an issue with a plugIn called 'WP Customer Area' that uses his own special connexion page too.

I've configured the WpForo special URLs custom authorisation on member tab, as the WP Customer Area Plug connexion URL address is on '/espace-client/' (as it would be '/login/' for Buddypress for example)

But the problem is that when I launch the connexion address, it still goes to Wp Foro Connexion address...

It's a shame as I'd like to use both plug together, WpForo as a forum with specific community access, and WP Customer Area for another specific community with access to private content...

Thanks for any help or answer.

Hi BenWebDev

Could you please explain what means this "when I launch the connexion address"? I'm sorry but I don't understand what address you launch and where exactly? Is this a menu or something else? Could you please leave some URL to allow us check it?

Also please make sure these options are disabled in Forums > Settings > features admin page:

Hi, thanks for your answer.

Well, I mean when I go to the Connexion URL of the 'WP Customer Area' plug, it automatically switches to the connexion URL of WpForo Plug...

My WpForo is already configured on 'No' for the 2 options 'Replace Registration page URL' and 'Replace Login Page URL' and works well on the website I'm working on when the 'WP Customer Area' plug is desactivated. And the 'WP Customer Area' plug works well too when WpForo is desactivated...

I cannot give you any URL for now as the Website is not already opened for the public...

Hi,

Any news maybe?

Maybe you will get the same problem if you test compatibility with the 'WP Customer Area'?

So that could be added in your plug "To Solve" list?  😉

Is there any reason why you don't use wpForo Custom Avatar? Maybe it will be better then use a new plugin for that... wpForo allows users to upload a custom avatar in My Profile > Account page.

Well, I think you've missunderstood what I was talking about  😊 .
The plug I'm talking about (WP Customer Area) is not used to add custom avatar.
This plug provides a custom area (as WpForo does but as a forum) to post private content for defined users and gives them private access to the content.
So, as WpForo, it as his own specific connexion page.

I use this plug for private content, and WpForo for forum...

I'm sorry but I still don't understand what is "connexion URL of WpForo Plug". wpForo doesn't have any connexion URL.

WpForo has a special signin page where users need to enter login and password to let them access the forum.
And this page has a URL like "https://www.mywebsite.com/community/?wpforo=signin" when the forum is activate on a website.

So it's the same for the plug "WP Customer Area".

So strange that you don't understand what I am talking about...and sorry if I'm not able to make myself clearer...
