Hi there, unfortunately this is not helping as the critical error is only limited to wpForo Plugin Front Page and Backend. Wordpress has advised that the issue is with wpForo and you will need to resolve it from your side. See attached response from Wordpress. It will also appear I received an attached on the page from a fake user that started adding unauthourised topics in Chinese (I actually received over 50 of these spam topics added on the forum).
@sofy, I responded to your reply as per above but now you have gone quite. Please advise if I will be getting assistance as my wpforo plugin and addons are still not working?
I've already asked the developers about this issue. I'll update this topic once I get a response from them.
This is not a wpForo issue. The problem may be caused by either a conflict with the theme or incorrect installation of wpForo files.
In any case, we'll need the admin login details to check for conflicts. Please send the admin login details to info[at]gvectors.com. I'll ask the developers to check the issue for you.
I will send you the login details to check the conflicts but I doubt this is the case as the Plugin has been working ever since I installed it with no issues.This only happened when a spam user posted several topics on the platform without me approving the topics he was posting
Please rename the wp-content/plugins/wpforo/ folder using FTP and inform us once it's done.
