Please navigate to Forums > Settings > Features and Enable Debug Mode. Then delete cache and leave some URL to allow us test it.
Debug mode still be activated, wp cache still be disabled.

I hope version of PHP dont affect forum 5.6/7.

I'm sorry but I can't say what is the problem, maybe it's PHP7 issue or something else. We've checked all data in debug mode, all are correct, there is no any problem in core functions and variables.
