That is the "Mark all read" URL, it seems you've clicked that URL before checking the source code of the page, please ignore it. there is no such link if you don't click the "Mark all read" button. This link is set "nofollow" so it's not visible for search engines:

 

The search engines see URLs without the ?foro=allread&foro_n=5c8405d197 part, like this: https://forum.shpargalka.work/sex/gde-najti-parnya/ and as far as you see the canonical URL of this link is correct:
