In my WordPress environment, I have a Review system, where each user can place a review for each post.
Is there a chance for me, to integrate that reviews to the activity overview and list them inside the activity list of wpForo?

I'm sorry but not. It's not an easy task. It requires custom addon development for those two plugin integration. You can contact to our custom addon development team via support[at]gvectors.com and ask them to assess the work.
