I'd recommend change the #12 color in Dashboard > Forums > Settings > Styles admin page to your website primary color #3385CC , or choose the grey style set on the same admin page.

Apologies for replying so late to your question. As @Anonymous20 indicated in his screenshot though, the theme is "Graphy Pro" by Themegraphy. You can download a free version of the theme (or buy the pro version like I have) on their website.
